SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No lifeguards on duty.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a Hutto Creek Bend resident 18 years of age or older.
Guests: Up to 4 per household. Must be accompanied by resident who remains at pool.
Pool Monitors represent the HOA Board and are authorized to enforce rules and eject non-compliant users. Complaints go to management after complying with monitor decisions.
Must show pool pass and valid Texas ID if requested.
Access gates stay locked at all times. $25 replacement fee for lost cards/fobs.
NO DIVING. No running, dunking, or rough play.

No pets, bicycles, skateboards, scooters within pool fences. No throwing objects.
No offensive language. Headphones required for music devices.
No food or drinks in pool. At least 5 feet from pool. No alcohol or glass. Coolers subject to search.
Small flotation devices/masks/fins/snorkels OK if used responsibly. Must be soft-sided.
Proper swim attire. No cut-offs, thongs, or street clothes. Swim diapers required. Fecal accident = family liable for all cleanup costs.
No use within 14 days of diarrhea. No open sores or communicable diseases.
No smoking, tobacco, vaping. No alcohol, firearms, or drugs.
Clear pool in inclement weather. Wait 30 minutes after lightning/thunder.
Penalties: 1st offense = written warning. 2nd = second warning. 3rd = privileges revoked, card deactivated. Criminal complaints when applicable.
